Intern Mission: Coach of the Year!
(Due Date: Saturday, 5/24/14)
For our next DigitalSports Internship Mission, we are asking student journalists to write about who they think is the school's Coach of the Year!
Journalists:
One of the most rewarding experiences of being a coach is not always about how many games their team wins, but is sometimes about how well they teach their athletes to grow both on and off the field. Write about who you think was your school's Coach of the Year. Interview a coach or athlete. Accompany the post with a photo of the athlete or the coach.Some things to consider:
- Did they win the championship?
- Did the team have a better year than last year?
- What valuable lessons did the athletes learn from the coach?
- What was the best moment for the coach during the season?
