Not only is she the only active female high school head football coach (Coolidge High School in Washington, D.C.), but she is actively involved in decreasing the average high school drop out level. In the below video, Coach Randolph stresses the importance of prioritizing school before sports by forcing her student-athletes to attend a study hall before practice: Coach Randolph has it right.
