Usually around this time of year, we hear some truly fantastic stories about people giving back to their communities. Ann Arbor (Mich.) Pioneer High School proved that this year is no different.
Inspired by a local sports radio talk show that was hosting an annual charity drive, Pioneer High basketball coach, Rex Stanczak, decided to start his own charitable cause and organize a shopping trip for a local area child who was in need.
Stanczak got team members and booster parents to buy the child's gifts.
