Mississippi high school baseball player steals 103 bases in one season

Port Gibson High School (Mississippi) shortstop, Silento Sayles, is on his way to Chipola College - that is, if he doesn't get selected in the MLB Draft first.

Sayles stole a remarkable 103 bases this season. The Port Gibson star averaged 3.5 steals a game and even stole an astounding 12 bases in one game and seven more in his final game of the season. The most incredible statistic through all of this is that Sayles was only thrown out once. The previous national record for stolen bases in a season was 96, set back in 1996. Do you think this sends Sayles straight to the MLB?
